CGS Physician Services, LLC is proud to offer medical cannabis certifications for all qualifying residents of Pennsylvania. These certifications are done virtually with a physician who is fully licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
We make getting your cannabis certification or recertification quick and easy. Our experienced team will guide you through the process, answering your questions along the way and provide you with the resources and support you need to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Pennsylvania Registry Profile Information
Please be advised that the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Registry requires you to set up a profile before seeing the physician for a recommendation.

From the Patients area, select Adult Patient Registration.Â
Be sure that your name matches what is shown on your state issued ID.
Once you see the physician and if you are approved for a recommendation, the physician will complete their piece of the registration.
The Medical Marijuana Card is renewed annually and costs $50+Tax. This money is paid directly to the state of PA after you become certified. For more information or instructions on how to apply for the card, click here
