CGS Physician Services is proud to offer "Home Visits"

for those residents in Broward county and Boca Raton

who are bed bound, wheelchair bound or otherwise unable to visit the office.

The service is available for residents within a 30-mile radius of the Fort Lauderdale office located at

6245 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308

We Will Gladly Come To You!

Also consider that the Home Visit is the only in-person visit that the state of Florida will require.

Any other doctor follow up that you may need can happen virtually by Tele-health

(which is only $150/visit).
